Jeffrey Bell brings a wealth of unique skills and experience in media and politics to his position as Managing Partner in the Spokane office of Gallatin Public Affairs.  When BNSF Railway was initially defeated in siting a major fueling facility in North Idaho, they turned to Jeffrey and Gallatin Public Affairs to build and implement a winning public affairs strategy that brought ultimate success for the client.

Since joining Gallatin Public Affairs in 1997, Jeffrey has specialized in Crisis and Strategic Communication for clients in health care, energy, natural resources, transportation and non-profits.  In addition, Jeffrey leads our Media and Presentation Training practice groups and has trained over 1000 business and political leaders throughout the West.

Prior to joining the firm, Jeffrey served as North Idaho staff director for U.S. representative Larry LaRocco.  Jeffrey is a board member of the Inland Northwest Community Foundation.  He is married and has two children.
