Two decades of combined experience in three regional public affair agencies allows Julia Weisenburger the knowledge and wisdom to manage the firm’s finance, human resources, administrative and IT operations.
During her ten years at The Rockey Company, Julia was instrumental in creating and implementing new standards throughout the agency with a focus on financial and administrative efficiencies. During this time she became a member of the management team and a shareholder of the company. In 1999, Julia joined APCO Worldwide as director and vice president of finance. Initially focusing on growth and a staggering $2.5 million in past due collections for Seattle, followed by her involvement in the implementation of an integrated financial system, Julia became a key member of APCO’s business strategy team managing finance operations for their west coast offices. At APCO Julia managed finance and human resources through challenging swings in the business cycle; start-up, sustained growth and recession-driven downsizing. In 2003, Julia joined Gallatin Public Affairs and currently serves on the board as vice president and shareholder.
Julia’s “expertise, leadership and positive spirit” provide her the respect of colleagues past and present. A native of Seattle, Julia has deep roots in her community of Ballard. She currently serves as treasurer of the Ballard Food Bank and lives with her husband Rob in the North Beach area of Seattle.
