Barbara Malone is an Executive Assistant in Gallatin’s Boise office.

Prior to joining the firm, Barbara operated her own successful project management consulting firm and had a 23-year career with the Boise Cascade Corporation.  In her role as a project management consultant, she facilitated planning and performed cost and schedule control on several high-tech and construction projects.  Throughout her career with the Boise Cascade Corporation, Barbara filled a variety of positions from accounting clerk to facilities management coordinator to project controls manager.

In 1998, Barbara earned designation as a Project Management Professional, a certification awarded by the Project Management Institute.  She is a founding member of the Western Idaho Chapter of the Project Management Institute.

Barbara was born in Montana, finished high school at Clover Park High School in Lakewood, Wash., and graduated from Central Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in education.  She relocated to the Boise area in 1970.
