Heather Keen is an Associate in Gallatin’s Spokane office.

Prior to joining the firm, Heather served as a legislative assistant to U.S. Rep. Joel Hefley, R - Colo.  In her role, she researched and monitored legislation and policy, drafted legislation and served as a liaison to local, state and federal agencies.  In 2004, Heather worked for U.S. Rep. Bob Beauprez, R - Colo., as a legislative correspondent, handling constituent correspondence.  Heather brings in-depth knowledge of the federal budget, appropriations and legislative processes, and advanced skills in information technology.

Born and brought up in Colorado Springs, Colo., Heather graduated magna cum laude from Colorado State University.  She lives in Post Falls, Idaho, with her husband, Jason, and their two dogs.
